The Leo Club renders young people the opportunity to serve communities and to get a positive impact. Patrician College of Arts and Science paves way to develop their leadership skill.

On 25 July 2016, the Leo Club of the College organized Leo Club Office Bearer Installation. It was inaugurated by the chief guest V. R. Shanmugam, First Vice Governor District. Other guests who graced the occasion were Kavingar Lion K. Manivannan, District Chairperson Lion Ghandhiswary, District Chairperson Leo Lion Srinivasan- president Lion club of puthumi Gemini , Lion r. Mahindran , Lion club of Puthuni Gemini , Lion r. Mohan, Treasurer. The chief guest V. R. Shanmugam, First Vice District Governor honoured the office bearers with the badges.

Asan Memorial Institution, Chennai conducted Essay and Drawing Competitions for the special children on 8 October 2016. The members of the club volunteered themselves to help them.

Leo and Rotaract Club members of the College visited the people of Narikuravan community on the 18 October 2016 to offer some necessary utensils as a token of love. As en encouragement to their profession the volunteers bought some of the accessories made by them.

The Club took initiative in conducting medical camps on the campus. It organized a free Dental Camp on 25th July 2016 in the college auditorium to provide free medical services for the student community in the college. Rev. Bro. O. Joseph Director I/C graced the occasion. Dr. Senthil M.D.S along with his team attended the camp and rendered dental checkup services. A huge number of students from all the departments responded to the camp. Around 470 students got the benefit of the camp. Dr. Ahila Shivasankar, Dean, Extension Services coordinated the programme.

On the occasion of Independence Day, The coordinators and members of Leo Club visited St. Louis Deaf and Dumb School to share their love for the Nation and to speak about their mind of service. Dr. Ahila Shivasankar, Dean, Extension Services, the representatives and the Lions Club secretaries hoisted the flag. The Club members distributed sweets and snacks to the students of the School to celebrate the occasion.

The senior member of the Lions Club addressed the gathering and inspired the students and gave some suggestions to attain mental energy for successful life. The speech was translated by one of the staff member of the school.

The Club organized a three-day eye camp from 4 to 6 January 2017. The eye camp was conducted in association with M.N eye hospital under the supervision of Dr. M. Nishanth, Clinical Director, HOD-Cornea and Reflective Services. Dr. Nishanth gave a useful presentation on eye care. The Club considers eye screening camp as an important extension project and organizes every year on the campus with the support of Management. The camp was successful benefitting around 490 students.

On 6 November 2016, the Club actively came forward to conduct eye donation camp in collaboration with Vazhum Kangal Eye Bank at M.N Eye Hospital. Many students and teachers voluntarily registered for donating their eyes with the motto “Let my Eyes Live One More Life”. The camp was a great success with 470 persons registering as eye donors.

The members of the Club visited the Adyar Cancer Institute on 28 January 2017. The volunteers distributed snacks and study materials to the children who were struggling with the terminal illness. The members made their visit memorable by spending their precious time with them. The children were happy about their visit as it reassured them that they were being cared. It was the last extension activity for the academic year as far as the club activities were concerned.
